Launched in 2013, Italian Food Ways is a business development project aimed at supporting Italian wine and specialty food producers in the expansion of their international sales network. Italian Food Ways Export Desk acts as a matchmaker for affiliated companies and coordinates promotional activities (such as trade shows, food/wine tastings), online and offline marketing, advertising and public relations.
Italy is renowned for its regional cuisine. Each of the 21 regions of the country will be presented with a dedicated online/offline catalogue featuring a selection of genuine local products, background information about the area, recipes and business profiles of the producers.
Recently , Italian Food Ways launched Flavors of Sardinia, a selection of the best products of the island, including: wine, pasta, fish preserves, extra virgin olive oil, flavored oil (basil, rosemary and others), pecorino cheese, mineral water.
Italian Food Ways - Flavors of Sardinia will be exhibiting at FOOD WEEK 2013 Seoul - booth A410, International Hall.
