Bita witnessed firsthand the healing effects of Chinese Medicine, acupuncture & nutrition and was eager to learn more. So, in 2007, she started studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at Yo San University. In 2013, Bita graduated with a Master’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture & Nutrition and became a California State Licensed Acupuncturist.
Bita’s devotion to educate and help others continues to grow. Currently, Bita is a Yo San University faculty member, sees patients in her Los Angeles office, is a practicing Wellness Coach, and is a Certified Instructor teaching public and private classes of movement art forms: Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation. Bita is also a recurrent Qi Gong instructor at Tao of Wellness Detox Retreats. Bita holds a special place for children and educates elementary age students about Tai Chi to better manage issues, such as test stress, anger, anxiety, restlessness, and hyperactivity.
With a strong focus on health and wellness of the whole person—physical, spiritual, and emotional—Bita specializes in male, female, and pediatric issues, such as hormonal and aging issues, insomnia, depression, anxiety, weight management, auto-immune disorders, digestive issues, and stress management.
