World's first sustainable race & test circuit - one of the most exciting track profiles
Gotland Ring works mainly with b2b events, including edutainment driver training, new model launches, meetings/seminars, and exhibitions. During the summer season, several track day activities for enthusiasts are organised for motorcycle riders and car drivers.
Gotland Ring is co-developing a green business campus, including a smart energy road and traffic system.
Further facility development is planned in the future:
- longest modern standard race track (7.4 km) in the world by 2016, possibility for 28 km by 2017
- hotel, villas, resort (both on current land and the expansion area)
- edutainment theme park development with mobility, sustainability, and energy as main themes
