Andrea Cobb's art has been featured in media for Advertising, Corporate, Editorial, Package, Card and Stationary. She has recently launched limited edition prints of her unique landscapes, flora and fauna. Andrea enjoys smudging the lines between Illustration, Fine Arts and Surface Design with an everlasting devotion to color, pattern, and ephemeral moments in pure life.
Andrea's clients include Chronicle Books, Quaker Oatmeal, Ritz Carlton, Studio Avo, Target, Toyota, Utne Reader, The Wall Street Journal, Yoga Journal and many others. She has received recognition and awards from The Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, The Beverage Packaging Global Design Awards, Print and AIGA. Andrea has been featured in interviews for Digital Creative Arts Special Edition, SBS Digital Design and Dynamic Graphics magazine.
Andrea began her training with the Visual Arts program for high school at The North Carolina School of the Arts. She then attended Parsons School of Design in New York City where she received her BFA in Illustration with honors in 1988. After living and working in Manhattan for ten years Andrea now creates from her studio in North Carolina.
