Helmer, Conley & Kasselman, P.A.

Quality, Ethical Legal Representation Throughout New Jersey

At Helmer, Conley and Kasselman, PA, we pride ourselves on the quality of legal service that we provide to our clients. We live our values – energetically, compassionately and ethically assisting our clients to exercise their legal rights. The members of the firm are consumed by a passion for excellence. They treat each other with mutual respect and accountability, an approach that translates into benefits for our clients.

As of November, 2016, 4 HCK attorneys are certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as Criminal Trial Attorneys and 2 as Civil Trial Attorneys and one as a Municipal Trial Attorney. We believe that clients should thoroughly research an attorney's background, experience and qualifications and interview him/her in person before making the important decision about which attorney(s) will represent them in a particular matter. We have removed all references to awards on our website as we believe that this conservative interpretation is the best way to be compliant with updated ethics requirements.

In an effort to serve our clients well, we maintain 12 locations throughout the state of NJ and NY, video conferencing between all offices, flexible hours and many multi-lingual firm members. Our attorneys also provide services to their peers through their faculty participation in a number of educational activities for other lawyers and law students and are available for community educational events upon request.

HCK is growing and adding services on an ongoing basis to better meet the needs of our clients. We currently have attorneys who focus in Criminal Defense, Municipal and Traffic issues, DUI, Family law , Immigration law, Personal Injury law, wills and estates, real estate, Administrative law, Business Law and Litigation, ABC and Internet law.
