Deb approaches health and wellness in a holistic way, focusing on the positive effects that changing what you eat can have, not only on your physical health but your emotional and even your financial health. Chef Deb believes that it IS possible to eat foods you love without compromising your well-being. She has helped countless individuals and families adjust to changes in diet and eating habits surrounding health issues, including cancer, diabetes, allergies, etc., using a combination of education, coaching and customized meal preparation.
