SAPience.be offers SAP users and SAPience.be partners unique opportunities to share information, knowledge, experience and ideas. It is also the voice of the user community towards SAP, providing SAP with user feedback and development requests.
SAPience.be is managed by a steering committee of volunteers and is divided into 11 commissions, with each commission focussing on a specific area of expertise:

- Finance (FIN)
- Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Global Trade Services (GTS)
- Human Resources (HR)
- Maintenance Services and Manufacturing (MSM)

- Sourcing and Procurement (S&P)
- Technology (TECH)
- Testing & Quality Assurance (QAT)
The Commissions get together several times a year to discuss case studies on topics of interest. Presentations and other documents from these Commission meetings are available for download on this website.
The highlights of each year are our two major events, the SAPience.be TECHday and the SAPience.be User Day. These events offer a full day of case studies and expert papers by SAP customers and SAPience.be partners as well as strategic or informative papers by SAP. They attract on average around 200 SAPience.be business and technology users, so they are also excellent opportunities to network and exchange ideas with peers, while gaining valuable insights into the latest business strategies and technology trends.
