Insurance Managers Association of Cayman Limited

The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC) is a non-profit organisation run by the insurance managers of the Cayman Islands. IMAC also includes associate members including the captive insurance companies domiciled in the Cayman Islands and the service providers that support the industry both locally and overseas.

IMAC was established to promote the development of the Cayman Islands captive insurance industry through co-operation and engagement with local government, regulators, media and other stakeholders, to promote the integrity and intellect of the industry, and to encourage sustainable growth through innovation, education and international competitiveness.

IMAC is operated by an executive committee and supported by five sub-committees: education and scholarship; Cayman Captive Forum; legislative and regulatory; marketing; and research and development.

Our annual flagship event is the Cayman Captive Forum, which is now the largest captive insurance conference in the world, hosting almost 1,400 delegates annually.
