While at these firms, Nyoki litigated numerous high-stakes cases in federal and state courts and achieved successful outcomes for businesses and individuals.

Nyoki’s commercial law experience includes successfully representing Fortune 500 companies against claims of fraud, defamation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and other business torts. Her extensive employment law experience includes vigorously defending and prosecuting claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition. Nyoki also has significant expertise conducting workplace investigations, providing training on sexual harassment and discrimination, and counseling clients regarding all aspects of employment-related matters.
