Nyoki T. Sacramento is a 2005 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). She honed her legal skills while working as an associate attorney for nearly a decade at several of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, including Morrison & Foerster LLP; Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP; Littler Mendelson P.C.; and Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart P.C. While at these firms, Nyoki litigated numerous high-stakes cases in federal and state courts and achieved successful outcomes for businesses and individuals.
Nyoki’s commercial law experience includes successfully representing Fortune 500 companies against claims of fraud, defamation, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, and other business torts. Her extensive employment law experience includes vigorously defending and prosecuting claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, failure to accommodate, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, trade secret misappropriation, and unfair competition. Nyoki also has significant expertise conducting workplace investigations, providing training on sexual harassment and discrimination, and counseling clients regarding all aspects of employment-related matters.
Nyoki’s family law practice includes consultations, limited scope representation, and litigation services for a variety of matters, including divorce, legal separation, domestic violence and restraining orders, pre-marital agreements, post-marital agreements, child custody and visitation, and child and spousal support.
